Jabulani Mkhize is an Associate Professor in the Department of English and Comparative Literature at the University of Fort Hare, East London campus. 

Research Interests: 

Research interest in African and South African literature, especially fiction, working class literature and culture, Marxist literary theories, narratology and ideology in short fiction and post-apartheid narratives

Modules: 
These are the courses (modules) taught: African Literature (2nd year); African Diaspora (focus on African-American Literature) (3rd year); South African Literature (3rd year); African Literature and South African Literature (Honours) and have also taught Literary Theory (Honours). Supervision of Masters and PhDs.
