My name is Thunyiswa Mxotwa- Ndindwa, and I started working at the University of Fort Hare in Social Work department as a tutor in East London campus in 2005. I moved to Alice campus under the same department in 2008 and was offered time on task position; in 2010, I became a fieldwork co-ordinator and was promoted to become a lecturer in 2014. I have 12 years of experience serving the department.
