Dr P Chitnis

Pratima Chitnis graduated from B. J. Medical College, Pune, India as a medical doctor. Before assuming her role as a Lecturer in Nursing in 2008, she obtained three-year experience as a registrar in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and later further three years as a Lecturer in Pharmacology in a Medical and Dental school in India. Currently, she is the head of the Department of Natural Sciences, which is an integral part of the Faculty of Health Sciences and offers fundamental courses; Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacology and Microbiology to Nursing and Speech language pathology students.
